1. Scope of Processing
Taita Studio AI acts as a Data Processor for the personal data of Customer's own customers and contacts. This data is processed for the purpose of call routing, voicemail recording and transcription, two-way SMS, missed-call follow-up, website lead capture, and marketing and reactivation campaigns.
2. Security Protocols
Taita Studio AI implements high-grade security measures, including encrypted connections, private storage for call recordings and voicemail, and Stripe-standard encryption for all payment data. All incoming Telnyx and Stripe signals are verified for integrity before they are processed.
3. Compliance
Taita Studio AI is designed to assist Customers in maintaining compliance with modern data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) by providing full data portability through the data export and automated opt-out handling for SMS messaging.
4. SMS and Text Messaging
Taita Studio AI sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use it — replies to customer conversations, missed-call follow-ups, appointment or service updates, and, where the recipient has separately agreed to them, promotional messages. Text messages are only ever sent to a number whose owner has given express written consent. Consent to receive text messages is collected on its own: it is never bundled with consent to email or phone calls, and it is never a condition of purchase.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
