Subscription, acceptable use, third-party services, billing and limitations.

1. License Grant and Restrictions
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Taita Studio AI platform for the duration of Customer's paid subscription.
Customer shall not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) redistribute or resell the software; or (c) attempt to bypass the platform's account, licensing or access controls.
2. Subscription Billing
Taita Studio AI operates on a subscription model. Monthly billing: $197 per month for the first location, plus $97 per month for each additional location. Annual billing: $1,970 per year for the first location, plus $970 per year for each additional location. Team users and extensions are included. Billing is managed using Stripe Billing.
3. Usage and Third-Party Costs
Communications (voice minutes, SMS/MMS, email, WhatsApp), AI generation, verification and other metered provider services are paid from Customer's Top-Up Balance at the rates shown in the platform. Advertising spend (Google, YouTube, Meta and other platforms) and domain registration fees, where applicable, are separate and paid by Customer.
4. Data Portability and Ownership
Customer retains full ownership of their data. Taita Studio AI provides a data export allowing Customer to download a complete package of organization data, ensuring no vendor lock-in.
5. Payment Failure and Suspension
If a subscription payment fails, the account will enter "Suspended Mode" following a standard grace period, until the payment is completed.
6. Calls, Voicemail and Recording
The AI Business Line routes calls, records voicemail and can transcribe and summarize it. Customer is responsible for the greetings, notices and consents required in its jurisdiction for call routing, call recording, voicemail and transcription.
7. SMS Terms and Conditions
Program: Taita Studio AI marketing messages — product information, software features, product updates, special offers and demo invitations. By providing your mobile number and ticking the optional SMS marketing consent box on our Request a Demo form, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Taita Studio AI, a brand owned and operated by MediaXtreme LLC. Consent is for text messages only and is not a condition of purchasing anything. Account and service messages for Taita Studio AI customers are sent only with the separate consent given at sign-up.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel at any time — you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Text HELP for help, or contact us through the form on our website. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and supported carriers may change without notice.
