1. Non-Refundable Fees
Strict Non-Refund Policy: All subscription payments made to Taita Studio AI are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual subscription fees. Because Taita Studio AI provides immediate value through call routing, missed-opportunity capture and automated follow-up, no prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
2. Data Migration Policy
In the event a business is transitioning to Taita Studio AI from another software provider, Taita Studio AI provides a free data transfer service handled by our internal team. Taita Studio AI does not provide monetary "Migration Credits," cash offsets, or invoice refunds to cover third-party data export fees levied by your previous provider. Our onboarding assistance is limited to the data import and account configuration, which is delivered free of charge.
3. Cancellation
Taita Studio AI has no long-term contract commitments, minimum terms, or cancellation penalties beyond the billing period you chose (monthly or annual). Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the Taita Studio AI platform, automated workflows, and the AI Business Line ends when the paid term expires.
